At Moirae Generics we let you control the work flow. Each client have their own access to our supply chain portal where you can place orders, manage funds, monitor delivery status, and initiate re-shipping to avoid sensitive chargebacks.

Placing orders through our supply chain portal is as easy as it gets. Select your required product(s), enter the delivery address, and select shipping mode. Our system will automatically divide the order into multiple shipments if required. The final order will be processed at our distribution center shortly after you have confirmed it and tracking number will be uploaded.

We offer integration with our system for clients with a large volume of daily orders so that your orders are automatically transferred from your site to our site and the dispatch info is returned in real-time. However, we understand the complexity of privileged information that may be available on our clients' sites, why we also accept submission of orders through email, which we in return will upload on your behalf.

We pack and store our products in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and all orders are shipped in own designed carton boxes in neutral colors.
